Interventions in the education sector range from infrastructure support, teacher training for promoting Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) and Information & Communication technology (ICT) for enhanced learning outcomes. Our interventions also focus at bringing the children of marginalized communities to mainstream education. At RSF we believe that learning outcomes not only depend on a good teacher but also simultaneously depend on other factors like continuous mentoring, remedial support post-school hours, parenting and availability of nutritious food etc. These factors create an enabling environment for the students to attend school, prevent dropouts and excel in studies.

We at RSF design precise, innovative and inclusive interventions in alignment with the goals set up by the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals and the guidelines set by Government of India’s National Education Policy.

Learning Enhancement Programme

‘Riddhi Shala’ is committed to advance learning outcomes of learners in schools by providing supplementary academic support, by influencing teaching pedagogies, by offering access to quality educational resources, and by providing continuous support to both students and teachers. The systematic process of assessment helps to identify gaps between desired learning outcomes and the current status of knowledge and skills of students and provide interventions that map their individual needs. The support material provided are so designed to create engaging and effective learning experiences that nurture curiosity and intellectual growth.

Teacher Education

Teachers are the foundation of any educational system. ‘Riddhi Shala’ focuses on professional development and capacity building of in-service teachers by supporting them in mastering as well as generating innovative pedagogies, in providing individualised educational services, catering to the need of learners in inclusive environment with the necessary tools, training, and support to deliver high-quality education. The workshops and training programs have exclusive modules on enhancing teachers’ skills as per the NEP2020 initiatives such as NCF, NIPUN BHARAT, Holistic Report Card, National Mission for Mentoring etc., and also in promoting 21st century skills and Technology Integration. By empowering teachers, ‘Riddhi Shala’ looks forward to enhancing the overall educational experience and learning outcomes.

Inclusive Education

Inclusive education ensures that all students, regardless of their abilities or disabilities, learn together in the same classrooms. This approach fosters a sense of belonging, promotes diversity, and prepares students for a collaborative society. Inclusivity in regular classrooms encourages mutual respect, empathy, and social interaction among students. Sensitization training for non-IE teachers is crucial as it equips them with the skills and understanding needed to accommodate diverse learning needs. Such training helps teachers create supportive and adaptable learning environments that recognize and celebrate individual differences, ultimately enhancing the educational experience for all students. We have specialized team in conducting IE trainings, and developing comprehensive curriculum content, training modules, and assessment frameworks tailored to support children with varying abilities.
