Dr. Letha Ram Mohan (Director – Academics)
Dr. Letha is a seasoned educationist with nearly four decades of experience in the field of school education, specializing in Early Childhood Education (ECCE) and adolescent education.
Dr. Letha's extensive experience includes her recent role as an Expert in Monitoring & Training at Sesame Workshop India, where she designed frameworks for ECCE, developed learning outcomes for children aged 0-8 years, and created training modules. Previously, she was a Research Associate at TISS Mumbai, focusing on the 'Situation Analysis of DIETS in UP' funded by UNICEF, where she was involved in tool development, field visits, and qualitative analysis.
As Chief Consultant at EDCIL India (Technical Support Group of the Ministry of Education), she coordinated various national projects and activities, including SSA, Samagra Shiksha, NAS, NIPUN Bharat, and NEP (2020) implementation. Her responsibilities included drafting annual reports, organizing national workshops, and monitoring state-level educational initiatives. Dr. Ram Mohan also contributed to the NCERT Project Approval Board and was a member of the NCF Working Group and Library & Sports Committee.
Her professional skills encompass designing capacity-building programs for educators, curriculum development, large-scale educational program conceptualization, and creating assessment and monitoring frameworks. Additionally, she excels in documentation, partnership management, and developing educational content for diverse stakeholders.
Dr. Letha Ram Mohan is based in New Delhi and holds a strong commitment to expanding her research and contributing significantly to the cause of education in India.
Dr. Rajni Kumari(Director – Academics)
Dr. Rajni Kumari is an accomplished education professional with a Ph.D. in Education from Kurukshetra University. Currently, she serves as a consultant with the School Leadership Academy at SCERT Haryana, where she collaborates with NCSL, NIEPA on module writing, documentation of best practices in schools, and coordination of various training programs for school leaders.
Her extensive research work includes a range of projects such as the impact of stress and extraversion on academic achievement, externalities of universalization of elementary education, and inclusive education under SSA in North-West Delhi. Notably, her Ph.D. dissertation focused on teachers’ attitudes towards inclusive education, examining their perceived efficacy, stress coping strategies, and confidence levels in inclusive classrooms.
Dr. Rajni has a robust teaching portfolio, having worked as an Assistant Professor in several esteemed institutions like Budha College of Education, Panjab University, and Central University of Haryana. She has taught both undergraduate and postgraduate courses, contributing significantly to the academic growth of her students.
In addition to her teaching experience, she has an impressive list of publications in reputed journals, addressing topics such as computer self-efficacy among pre-service teachers, stress and academic achievement, and happiness among university students. Her published works also include book chapters and a book titled "Externalities of Universalization of Elementary Education Programme."
Dr. Rajni has actively participated in numerous seminars, conferences, and workshops, where she has presented papers on various educational issues. She has also delivered lectures as a resource person on subjects like ICT, curriculum adaptation for children with special needs, and parental counseling under the Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan.
Her qualifications are extensive, with degrees including M.Phil. in Education, M.Ed., M.A. in Economics, B.Ed., and an 'O' Level certification in IT from DOEACC. Dr. Kumari's dedication to education is further demonstrated by her administrative roles, such as Assistant Warden Girls’ in Central University of Haryana and a member of the Gender Sensitization Committee against Sexual Harassment at Kurukshetra University.
Dr. Devakumar Dutta (Executive Director – Academics)
Dr. Dutta is a distinguished educator and seasoned administrator with over three decades of experience in academic and administrative roles within the educational sector. Dr. Dutta earned his M.Sc., M.Phil., B.Ed., and Ph.D. degrees, alongside specialized training from the In-STEP program in the USA. His extensive career began as a postgraduate teacher in Geography before transitioning to the Directorate of SCERT, Assam, where he served in various capacities, culminating as the Joint Director in the rank of Professor.
Throughout his career, Dr. Dutta has significantly contributed to educational planning, management, and leadership development in Assam. His roles have included being a State Nodal Officer for Centrally Sponsored Schemes on Teacher Education and a representative for the State Government at the ERC, NCTE, Bhubaneswar. He has also been instrumental in developing training modules for teacher professional development and acting as an expert adviser for numerous recruitment and capacity-building initiatives.
Dr. Dutta’s research interests and administrative efforts have focused on enhancing the quality of teacher education. His notable works include studies on the demand and supply of teachers in Assam, assessments of state-level capacity-building institutions, and policy formulation for teacher educator transfers and postings. He has played a crucial role in establishing the SCERT, Assam as a Leadership Academy and has been involved in various national and state-level educational committees. Since his retirement, Dr. Dutta continues to contribute to the field of education as a consultant for the State Leadership Academy, SCERT, Assam. His enduring commitment to improving educational standards and fostering leadership in education underscores his reputation as a respected and influential figure in the academic community.
Dr. Shailesh Rosha(Advisor – Health)
Dr. Shailesh Rosha is a Gold Medalist in Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery. He is also a renowned practitioner in Panchagavya Chikitsa. He is a major proponent of adopting a healthy lifestyle, which he also reiterates in his speeches at his periodic health camps and seminars.
Dr. Subitha G.V.(Advisor – Programmes)
Dr. Subitha G.V. is a dedicated education professional with over 11 years of experience in the field of educational planning and administration. Currently serving as an Assistant Professor at the National Centre for School Leadership (NCSL) under the National Institute of Educational Planning and Administration (NIEPA) in New Delhi, she has made significant contributions to curriculum development, teaching, and capacity building in school leadership.
Subitha's educational background is rooted in the University of Mysore, where she earned her Ph.D. in Education, focusing on instructional strategies in educational psychology. She also holds an M.A. in Psychology from Annamalai University, an M.Ed. from the Regional Institute of Education, Mysore, and an integrated B.Sc.Ed in Chemistry, Botany, and Zoology.
Her professional experience includes a variety of roles, such as instructional designer, project associate, and junior project fellow. At NIEPA, she has been instrumental in teaching courses for the MA in Education and Development, Post Graduate Diplomas in School Leadership and Management, and Educational Planning and Administration. She has also been involved in the development and dissemination of online courses and national and state-level training programs.
Subitha's research focuses on school leadership and teacher education, with numerous publications in respected journals. Her work includes co-authoring national program designs, curriculum frameworks, and facilitators’ handbooks aimed at enhancing school leadership. She has played a key role in implementing the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020 and has been a member of several national-level teams and task forces for policy development and training module creation.
Her contributions extend to organizing and supporting professional development programs for school leaders across various Indian states, advocating for policy reforms, and documenting best practices in school leadership. Subitha's passion for education is evident in her proactive research efforts and her commitment to improving educational practices and policies in India and beyond.
Dr. Rakesh Kumar(Advisor – Programmes)
Dr. Rakesh is ex-Principal DIET and CTE Bhagalpur, Bihar. Also Ex-Byjus Teacher Trainer for Mathematics. He is a passoniate Mathematician.
Dr. Sushma Lather(Expert-Curriculum Development)
Dr. Sushma Lather is a highly qualified physicist with a strong research background. She is currently working as an Assistant Professor in the Physics Department at MKJK College, Rohtak (since September 2019).
Dr. Lather's research interests lie in the areas of material science, ceramics, and multiferroics. She has published several research papers in high-impact international journals, including Ceramics International and Journal of Alloys and Compounds. Her work has been focused on the development of new materials with specific dielectric, magnetic, and electrical properties.
In addition to her research experience, Dr. Lather also has experience in teaching physics at the university level. She is motivated and results-oriented, with a strong work ethic.

She is an English Teacher. Presently teaching language in a delhi based renowed south-indian aided school.
Mr. Vivek(Program Lead - Meghalaya)
Mr. Vivek is managing the whole Meghalaya team. He is involved in right from hiring the manpower/resources for the implementation of program to execution of collectives, distribution of material and conistently following the strategy to achieve the targets under the project.
Ms. Asha(Program – Documentalist)
Ms. Asha have master degree in Social Science and she have experience of working for serveral non-profit organisations in Meghalaya. She is assisting in program implementation to Mr. Vivek and documneting the progress of the program.
